Volt is immediately hiring for a Janitor in Stockton, Ca

As a Janitor you will:

Cleaning of Office Areas: Dusting and wiping down desks, workstations, chairs, and other furniture.
Restroom Maintenance: Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other bathroom fixtures, including replenishing soap and paper products.
Break Room Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces in the break room, ensuring all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and chairs, are sanitized.
Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors throughout the building, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Trash Removal: Emptying trash cans in all areas and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
General Maintenance: Ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained, reporting any equipment malfunctions or shortages.
Compliance with Health and Safety Standards: Adhering to safety and sanitation procedures, including using the appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.

This is a Full Time Temp to hire opportunity - Hours Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm. Must be available to work OT and Weekends if needed.

The Ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation or similar roles.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, and floor scrubbers.
Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow cleaning instructions.
Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for long periods.
Reliability and punctuality are a must.

Pay Rate: $ 18.00 Per Hour
