The hospital is supported by a team of board-certified surgeons and highly skilled clinical staff, ensuring top-tier care for every patient.The OR Registered Nursing Manager will report directly to the Director of Surgical Services and will oversee a team of RNs, surgical techs, and ancillary staff. This role will work closely with physicians, charge nurses, and other department leaders to ensure seamless operations and the highest standards of patient care. Collaboration with the clinical educator and unit champions will also be key to driving continuous improvement.The operating room is a dynamic environment where precision and teamwork are paramount. The unit handles approximately 6,500 surgical cases annually, supported by a team of exceptional MDs, RNs, and CNOR-certified techs.
