  • A hospital in California is looking for an experienced ER nurse for a travel contract.
  • Candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced, high volume and high acuity ER.
    • Job Requirements
    • 3+ full years of experience
    • Active BLS certification
    • Active ACLS certification
    • Active PALS certification
    • Active NIHSS certification
    • Active California License
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract length: 13 weeks
      • Shifts: 7a, 9a, 11a, 3p, 7p (all 12 hour shifts)
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
      • Holidays: 2 out of 3 majors
        • Unit Specific Information
        • ER is broken down into two sections ER North and ER South
        • Large amount of paramedic and nursing students which rotate through
        • Will run a triage nurse (3 during peak times) around the clock
          • Additional Details
          • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required
          • All MyJourney modules need to be completed prior to arrival. Traveler will be pushed back if all modules are not completed. No exceptions.
          • CERNER required
          • No first time travelers
