  Requirements:
  a. Minimum of twelve (12) continuous months of experience.
  b. All LMFT must have the required licenses, permits and/or certifications in California
  c. Active BLS from AHA.
  
  Description:
  
  --- Conduct thorough assessments, including psychological evaluations and clinical interviews.
  --- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
  --- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
  --- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
  --- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
  --- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans.
  --- Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and integrate new practices as appropriate.
