- Certification Details
- AHA or ARC certifications only like ACLS, BLS, PALS, CCRN,
TNCC, etc.
- Specific certifications required for certain job roles, please
verify by position with AM/PM until UDs are utilized
- Venipuncture certification may be required for MRI and CT
Techs
- Primary source online verification required within 30 days of
start for State License
- Job Details
- Accountable for the assessment, coordination delivery and
evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care,
patient/family education and transitions of care in an acute
patient setting.
- Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in an
assigned area.
- Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care that
incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and
lifestyle factors.
- Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between
patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other
healthcare providers through timely and effective
communications.
- Adheres to hospital policies, industry standards, best
practices, and applicable laws and regulations to promote an
optimal patient experience.
- Job Requirements
- CA RN Licensure
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS (within 180 days of hire)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Corp Course within 180 Days of hire)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale within 90
days)
- Schedule Information
- Shift: 3 x 12 Nights 1845-0715
- Weekend Requirement: Every other Sat/Sunday; Holiday as needed
